Highgrove at Big Bend is a great place to call home. I love my cozy apartment and the grounds are lovely throughout the year. It's surprisingly quiet for an apartment community. Maintenance is awesome and they fix things quickly. You won't be disappointed if you choose Highgrove as your next place to live.

Living here has been nice. My unit is fairly quiet and I am never disturbed. I enjoy my space here at highgrove. Having the covered parking is a nice perk along with my w/d in-unit.

Since I’ve moved here I haven’t had an issue neighbors or friendly and respectful. If I did have a problem the staff took care of it in a timely manner. This community gets to thumbs up for cleanliness, quiet and bringing the community together on special occasions.

The new management has really turned this place around. I have a positive experience when calling Stacie in the leasing office about questions I have all the time. This keeps me stress free about my apartment, which in turn makes my life a little bit easier. I really appreciate it!

May great people talk got to know each other seem very friendly. They told us about the neighborhood understanding that it's safe to be here. They've lived here for a while. Maybe like 3 or 4 years, and so far they haven't run into any problems. It's quiet, they like management. And everything seems to be going well for them since they've left here.

Highgrove at Big Bend has been my home since 2009. Yes, you read that right. I'm divorced with grown-up children and have no interest in taking care of a house, so apartment living has worked really well for me. I love my apartment, the neighborhood and the well-maintained grounds here. The community members are very respectful of each other and it's surprisingly quiet except for the crickets and owls at night. So peaceful!

The community is nice. It is in a good location. Food, Grocery stores, Furniture stores, and much more! I haven’t ran into much people but those that I have a nice to speak or wave.

my experience has been fine, i do wish the apartment was a bit more put together, eg when i moved in there was paint missing from the cabinets, no board for the sliding door, and the sliding door was missing some room for a seal. other than these few things it’s been fine living here.

Overall, a fairly nice apartment complex in a nice neighborhood. On move in day they did not have keys made and so I had to wait a couple hours for them to do that. Also, they have not been the best when responding to work orders.

Stairs need to be replaced. Old and unstable, plus very dirty from age and get super slippery when they’re damp from rain. Also a light on stairs would be nice 👍

I have been living here at Highgrove at Big Bend for 14 years! I really like my apartment. I almost never hear any noise from my neighbors. There are no bugs or mice or anything else. I would say that's to be taken for granted, but you would be surprised by how many other apartment communities have difficulty controlling pests. Well not here. The apartments are spacious, updated and comfortable. If anything goes wrong, maintenance fixes it quickly and correctly the first time. If I didn't like living here, I would have been gone long ago. Keep up the good work, Highgrove!
